For Both Full Paper Submission Poster Presentation & Work-in Progress Poster Presenters

Portrait A0 (84.1 cm W * 119 cm H)

Size of the poster board

90 cm Wide x 200 cm High (Maximum)

Note

• The conference does not provide template for the poster.
• Please check the Technical Program on the conference website for the time slot reserved for poster presenters to interact with the attendees.
• The poster can be posted starting form 15:00 May 14th, 2023 until 15:30 May 18, 2023.
• Find the poster board tagged with your Paper ID to put up your poster.
• Double-sided tape will be provided at the registration desk.

For Poster Presenter who CAN NOT attend in-person, printing and posting services are provided. Please send your poster file in PDF format to the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@aspacc.org before April 15th, 2023.
