Note

• You need to bring a copy of presentation slide to the venue, and upload it to the assigned Session Room at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
• Please check the Technical Program on the conference website for the assigned presentation time slot and session room.
• The conference does not provide template for slide.
• Presenters are NOT ALLOWED to use their own laptops for presentations due to the hybrid setup of the meeting.
• “Presenter View mode” is not allowed during the presentation. Please prepare the memo in your need.

• Please send your video download link or video file to the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@aspacc2023.org no later than April 15th.
• Please minimize the background noise in the recording by using the noise cancelling setup in the recording software or use a headphone or directional microphone.
• The presenter has to be available for Live Q&A after the pre-recorded video is played in the session. Please check the Technical Program on the conference website for the assigned presentation time slot.
• The meeting links will be sent to your email account in the Registration System before the conference.
